I own a barber shop, other then keeping my barbers busy, what can I do to motivate them and keep them happy?
These barber are independent contractors not employees, despite that we work as a team. The shop is busy, but I want them to be more happy as a general rule....
try to organize after work events, everybody get together on friday split some beers and have sort of a meeting where everybody can express their thoughts, or take them to the strip club pay their way and whatever happens inside they tip or pay for

Vintage Antique
What's the difference between antique and vintage?
Hard to say; it's subjective. As far as I'm concerned, vintage is something that's getting collectible, seems cool, and interests others. An antique is something that seems entirely out of this world, and makes people stare either in fascination, or at you as if you've got three heads. One's hip, the latter's too old to be hip.
Take radios, for example. A late 60's National transistor AM/FM would be vintage. A late 30's cathedral radio would be an antique.
For electronics, vintage would seem to be prior to the early 80's cheapening, and antique would be from the era of tubes and paper caps.

Brass Cash
What would be a good business for me?
Ok, I 'm 13, and I would like to do something to bring in some cash. Like, my brother will build farm toys outta brass and wood, and sell them on ebay for $30-$50!!!! I like video games, and computers, but I can't really build or fix a computer. I live in the country, so no going to peoples places and doing yard work. Any ideas of some thing I can build and sell?
Also, my parents wouldn't approve off me being on a website like those. Should I help my brother out and get 30% of the profits?
maybe do what your brother does but in a different way. Perhaps melt the brass into some molds or shape it into something ppl care about and sell it!

Hanging Scale
How do I measure the thrust of a rocket statically, using a hanging spring scale?
The rocket needs to be upside down. And pull down the scale.
Fasten a piece of wire vertically, and install some type of guide tube to the rocket to hold its alignment while it pulls. Fasten the rocket to the bottom of the scale with a wire or something else that won't be burned or damaged by the rocket, and fasten the top of the scale to something solid.
