Best deal on Vintage Typewriter?
I posted a question about this yesterday, but I'm looking to buy my husband a vintage typewriter as a graduation present. I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for locally, but I've found a few online. Could someone tell me which of these is the better deal?
1. Smith Corona Silent 1950s (w/ hard case) - $54, shipping included: It's in working condition and looks nice on the outside as well
2. Remington Quiet Riter - $60, shipping included: This one is in working condition as well.
I know nothing about typewriters, and neither does my husband. I'm just looking for one that he could put in his office and use occasionally. Are either of these good deals? Thanks to anyone who answers!

but have seen them cheaper - like about five dollars at garage sales
fifty bucks is a lot of money to some of us - but if the price is fair for you and you really like the pictures and there is a guarantee for if then its up to you
